- Wait & bar staff not included a surcharge of $42.50 per hour applies ( minimum of 3.5 hours is required )
- A travel fee will apply for functions held 20km outside CBD ( including all staff )
- Site visits are preferred & then arranged once booking is secure
- Any additional food items or hire will be quoted upon request
- Function package includes chef(s), service equipment ( Platters utensils, cocktail napkins etc… )
- Individual platters can be arranged & quoted, minimums apply ( pick up or delivery only )
